Victoriya Tarakanova

Passionate about transparency in business and looking to work more directly with smaller teams with strong missions, Tarakanova left the firm as one of the top performers to found Helix Strategy Partners, one of the only strategy firms tailored specifically for early and growth-stage startups with empowering, world-changing visions.

She believes in using her rich network and deep experience to help visionary startup owners build, grow, and navigate the unnecessarily complex and occasionally deceptive world of business.

Tarakanova partners directly with a selective group of clients who gain exclusive access to her rare expertise, network, and talent.

As a former applications and software developer, Tarakanova graduated from the Carlson School of Business, a top nationally ranked business program, and took her extensive technology and leadership experience to Boston Consulting Group, one of the elite “Big Three” global strategy consulting firms.

During her time at BCG, Tarakanova helped lead teams to achieve remarkable results for global clients, including driving over $1B in additional revenue for a defense manufacturer, spearheading a successful marketing and technology strategy for a leading government administration, and achieving an overall 100% retention rate across 20+ client counterparts, among many other success stories.
